I worked as a bartender for a long time. I worked with one guy who was really good looking but I never saw him get even one chick’s number while he was working. I did see a lot of the female bartenders get guys numbers though. It all depends on the type of place, the crowd, what hours. Its possible but you have to be nt and socially adept to begin with, on top of good looking, to have success
