Yeah I was a mechanic but just like all jobs there are high paying positions, low paying positions, lots of goodbosses and lots of asshole bosses. Usually you need paperwork to prove you know what youre doing like a certification from a trade school. It is also quite the physically demanding job. Some days not so much but some days you will have to fix lots of stuff that requires lots of heavy pulling and lifting and and standing in awkward positions while you do these things.
