so ive been on accutane for 3 months and i noticed my hair thinning a little bit but i had thick hair so i didnt think it would matter, and then it DIDNT stop falling out and now my hair is pretty thin but my acne isnt completely gone yet, is it worth powering through the hair thinning to be acne free, or is worth stopping now before it potentially gets really bad?

If hair is not too thin, I would say it's worth it bcs acne is a big failo too and having thin/normal hair is not a big failo if hairline is fine and u are not literally balding
