I’m not solely blaming whites, in fact blacks do it a LOT. Zulus murdering coloureds in South Africa, yardies attacking immigrants in the UK and ghetto AAs attacking Koreans etc in the US. I’m referring to any group of unemployed thugs who need a scapegoat.
