I was wondering if I would ever see any gain from the gym, whem im low bf (<10%), and obviously dont want to bulk and look like a pig?

If the answer to my q is little to no gain, what should I do? Are stuff like cjc+ipa cope, and is TRT the only way?

know the basics of the gym and how whatever u wanna use works then hop on

Just eat more food dude. You need more protein if you want to get stronger. It's not that deep. The gym is for people who for like working out and want to be healthy. If it's strictly performative and for looks, you should either quit and find another hobby or start taking shit.

I think its really gay to be a gymcell who goes to the gym for "health"

Listen, if you're not ready to build a strong foundation naturally before taking gear then you should not even consider it. "Little to no gain" do you realize how absurd that sounds since you've never taken the first step to be at the gym in the first place (or at least this is what I get from you)?

Just go to the gym on a regular basis, train good, eat good, sleep good. Do this for a year and then reevaluate.

I've played football (soccer) since I was 4-5 and i've also ran multiple marathons, so its not like a retard and not healthy. And I have had like 3 cycles where i have been to the gym for like 6 months each time, but ended up quitting. Because of little physical results, but i've gotten alot stronger. And now i'm on like month 4 since I started again.

You can make more gains in one year of training enhanced than 5 years as a natural, and enjoy said training 10x more, all to absolutely 0 detriment to your health if done correctly. Do with that information what you will.

So you've already gained strength... and you're wondering if you'll see more gains at 10% bf? As a natural and even enhanced caloric surplus is the only way to build more mass. So you know what to do. Eat more, clean bulk style for several months and then cut. Rinse, repeat.

Where is a good place to research how to do it correctly?

And then walk around like a bloated pig?

Even on gear little man... even on gear. No way around it, no shortcut, you'll have to get out of your pretty lean comfort zone.

Information is everywhere. You can start with this forum, practically every question you can think of about roiding has already been answered. But don’t use the search tool on here, go to google/safari and ask the question followed by ‘looksmax.org’. It gives you better search results.

It's gay to like to exercise? Like if somebody just enjoys lifting heavy weights I don't see whats gay. If you mean pure health and longevity, the gym does sound a little silly but so does any exercise has just "health" is lame.

You are clueless. Go on take test and eat your maintenance calories, see where that takes you. There will be "little to no gains" very fast and then you'll probably want to add more PEDs thinking this is the answer.

For the last time, on gear or natural, you have to be in a caloric surplus to build muscle. PERIOD.
