Is being under-advanced by Ramieri a legitimate concern?

I'm trying to decide between Ramieri and Alfaro. I would go with Ramieri, but I'm worried I won't be advanced enough. At the same time, I'm wondering whether this is just a meme because he doesn't just giga advance everyone who walks through his door when they don't need it. With Alfaro, I'm worried about the cost (I'm old and I don't have a whole lifetime to make more money) and something like this:



I have a small face, although not nearly as bad as that dude's before.

The thing is if I go with Ramieri I could get my rhinoplasty revision at the same time, which I desperately need. I assume I would save some money on hospital and anesthesia costs if I had that done at the same time. But I do like the short operating time and easier recovery with Alfaro.

Ramieri normally gives you enough of an advancement so that you have normie level jaws. He is also cheaper so I would go to him.

Good luck OP! You definitely should risk a little, and undertake it. You will breathe better AND being as handsome as possible at any age is great, be it 15, 25, or 75.

That seems to be the general consensus around here. I've heard he doesn't like to advance maxilla too much because it's unstable, but maybe someone just made that up.

People were saying Pagnoni botched a few guys. I might just do Alfaro. Although I have a small head/face and maybe smaller movements would be sufficient.
