Yes it is. But you Need to Dose high and combine it with lycopene and astaxanthin. Beta carotene itself makes you too yellow/orange, if you add the others you get red and Bronze Untertones, which looks very healthy and better than just a regular tan. Im taking 30mg Beta carotene 30mg lycopene and 24mg astaxanthin
