They lower DHT, but they don't lower it enough to see a differnce, if it would significantly lower DHT people would take this instead of fin

fuck im a late bloomer i think ima have to wait a bit i wanna maximize everything

Astaxhistaine lowered by up to 40% in rats so that's pretty substatntial, you want to maximize it as much as possible during adolescence for dimorphic traits

Humans are not rats, show me a good study done on humans, I don't say op should take this, but you trust too much the wrong sources

it clearly lowers DHT, by how much doesn't really matter if you are going for masculiznzed and dimorphoric traits, every little bit counts, ever mm counts. You can take it after you are done with puberty, i see no reason to sacrifice DHT gains for some red coloring that no one will notice

Some laboratory studies suggest that astaxanthin, a carotenoid found in Haematococcus pluvialis, may inhibit the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase, which could prevent testosterone from converting into dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in the body. In one study, rats treated with astaxanthin had lower levels of testosterone and DHT in their prostates than a control group. Another study found that astaxanthin, in combination with Saw Palmetto berry lipid extract, may inhibit both 5AR and AER in vitro, which could lead to lower levels of DHT and ES in the blood and higher levels of T.

Astaxanthin is also an antioxidant that's 600 times more potent than vitamin C. It has anti-inflammatory properties and can improve oxidative status, especially in aging skin.

Man, stop giving me your bs study, it's done on fucking rats and it it's not even clear on rats "may inhibit" jfl! Your analogy is like saying if you have 900ng/dl(I am pointing to test levels) you will put muscle on slower than if you have 901ng/dl when it clearly wouldn't matter.Again I don't say op should take this, but your study is ass and it doesn't prove anything!

Alr bro whatever you think but since it’s inconclusive as to how much is lowers DHT in humans specifically but it did in rats there’s a strong chance it does in humans too but that amount isn’t established. I’m not taking a risk to lower dimorphism for some “coloring”. There is literally 0 advantage towards taking it if it lowers DHT. DHT = dimorphism. Dimorphism > coloring and all other bs.

I see your point though but I think risk reward isn’t there

Don’t use beta carrotine neither tan with olive skin tone,I look Indian now since I tanned

any low libido or something. people say lyco decreases dht
The only thing I’ve noticed is how it gives warm and red undertones. If anything my libido is through the roof now which has nothing to do with the lycopene
