how can some weird ass supplement give you this insane skin tone, @Prettyboy had good results from it but he was a larper

has anyone tried it ? should i just take mt2 ?

if its not cope, how much should i take and how long ????

i tan naturally by being exposed to sun in like 2 days, if u dont do the same then dont even try tanning, you will look orange

not cope but the effects arent that seen unless u take a shit ton

but mt2 is just tooooo extreme, clavicular looked like a nigger after
It's not, read his post he said he puts some tanning bronzer shit on his face + he did moderate dose, just do super conservative dose and adjust accordingly.

I did a huge, huge megadose of beta carotene and lycopene when trying to achieve a natural tan as a very pale fitzpatrick 1 or 2.
Then on top of that I ate a bunch of carrots daily.

It didn't do anything. It's a complete waste of money for very pale people.
People who are naturally a bit tan can go orange'ish from it, but for pale people it's pointless.

Melanotan II combined with some sun exposure however is cheap and works perfectly.

Definitely. Even if it doesn't tan you, it will add attractive undertones.

has beta carotene megadoses any side effects ?

has beta carotene megadoses any side effects ?
no

I used to megadose vitamin A supplement (100k IU daily for 3 weeks), haven't noticed any
The only side effects I noticed were from Roaccutane mega/micro dose (dry lips, dry skin, etc. I replied in your Roaccutane thread).

Tbh, 100k IU might not even be a "mega" dose. potatoes contain 23k mcg, carrots have 10k mcg in them per cup

it made me have very orange undertones, not great, MT2 way way better
