Solution
yes and you also work your legs a shit ton if you go high intensity.

Idk if its true or it has been debunked but since quads and hamstrings are like one of the biggest if not the biggest muscle groups, and will therefore increase testo on some levels. idk if thats just cope i just heard that somewhere on a post.

Yes, training legs boosts test, also thanks, how long is optimal biking time?

man idk I would personally do it after a workout so that you burn more glycogen and optimize your weight loss
also biking is fun imo so I would do like an hour or two, visit landscapes or something idk

i need to find the video that explains it well but basically it's like your body is kinda stubborn so it won't necessarily burn fat once you make physical effort you gotta go through intense effort first, like doing muscle gain exercises so that your body actually starts burning glycogen
its not entirely how it is but its what i remembered from the video

i eat around 100g of carbs a day, how much do i reduce the intake too?
close to 0 lol
ideally
meat and eggs etc
as long as your protein intake is far superior its good

ive been working out yeah, i have been for about a year and a half

ah, what about potassium i get potas from carb sources though
yeah since ur still going through puberty forget what i said and forget about debloating
honestly eat as much as you possibly can while keeping it healthy (avoiding processed foods) you will get leaner the taller you get so eat a lot of meat a lot of healthy fats like eggs butter etc vegetables too
