I mean if you have rather narrow palate and overall pretty recessed midface, is leforte 1 and infra-malars enough then. Or will there be need for some sort of implant. In the canine fossa region or overall the paranasal region. I know this ofc depends but generally speaking

Just in case you dont know what canine fossa is

A lefort 1 will easily address that area


What a lefort 1 will not address is your undereyes and zygos, although the effect of stretching the skin supposedly can make them pop out more.
