Is bimax going to fix my subhuman side profile, anyone with bimax experience?

I went in to my ortho to get braces (crowding in bottom teeth) and they told me I would need to get bimax and potentially another pallete extending surgery to fix my deformities and my bite to the point where I can have braces fit. Will this have a noticable effect over this side profile?
I am wondering if this has the potential to fix not only my recessed maxilla but also make my nose less hooked and make my lips look less flat and maybe even fix my downward growth. It seems to me like it would have an effect over my entire harmony. Can someone show me an edit of what bimax would do. Keep in mind im around 30% bodyfat right now so weightloss combined with bimax could atleast make my side profile not look all FAS?

You'll need a combination of procedures. Firstly decompensation orthodontics to set you on a 3d class bite, then a cw downgraft bimax, a chin height reduction, zygo implants and finally a rhinoplasty.
There's chances your soft tissue will not quite follow the bimax advancement 1:1 so price in you will probably need an upper lip repositioning to fix the gum show the bimax will induce.

Clockwise? Does that mean expand the gonial angle? Mine is already very obtuse the fat in this picture just gives the illusion of it being lower, im actually pretty downward grown

No, it means reducing your chin protrusion and rotating your maxilla clockwise, I know because my situation was very similar to yours and went through with it last year

Awesome you're precisely what I was looking for. Clockwise maxilla rotation would be ideal. How long did healing take? How much did it ascend you. The main thing I hope it fixes is my flat maxilla

It will fix it but you will need additional procedures as well in order to not look uncanny (eg. my zygos are not existent rn because an advanced maxilla creates the optical illusion of them being further back).
also give rep :ogre:

Hard to see from the side but I have a fairly narrow bigonial width, perhaps ill luck out and the increased width will fit to my cheekbones. We will see, I'll be posting progress pics.
