Is bimax jaw widening a meme?

One of the main reason besides fixing my smile is getting a good jaw width i feel like i already have a decent forward growth just shit sfs smile that is capping me at truecel but getting bimax to only fix smile doesnt seem to be worth it might as well fix my eye area

i probably need it because my smile is subhuman but its just too expansive when you live in shithole 3rd world country
