Is bimax overhyped?

Does bimax actually ascend ppl in the eyes of non black pilled normies. Cuz I asked a bunch of friends if some class II results I thought were great (attached them here) were actual ascensions and they thought the before/after were virtually identical lmao which is why im wondering if bimax is too overhyped

legit, people see amazing "bimax" results and don't know that they also got implants, fat transfer, chin and neck lipo, rhinoplasty etc . many surgeons do lots of procedures at once.

bimax is unremarkable by itself on at least 3/4 of patients. the only really good ones I've seen they all had other stuff done. it's really bad that people are signing up for this surgery without breathing/bite problems

I have a bite problem and im kinds recessed class II. Insurance might cover it too. Dunno if it’s gonna be worth it.

her posture is way worse in before, minimal PSL difference after. that's swelling from the front btw that makes them look like they have more volume in their faces, bimax doesn't do that it's just the swelling

I think you need like 10+ mm for it to have significant aesthetic effects on the front profile
