Im in Canada and my parents have kinda agreed with my bimax (they think im mentally ill), but i don’t think I’ll be able to go to the US of any other country to get it. Is it a good idea to get bimax with a regular canadian surgeon? Keep in mind that the insurance covers it so it’s free in Canada.

For functional benefits - yes, for aesthetics - probably no, depending on doc, having a risk of getting subpar results or being botched and that would require a revision, which is as well as invasive and requires recovery too.

If you find a good surgeon in Canada, then do it in Canada. Don't go with a random. Research well who your surgeon is, his past work, and his methods. It's your face that we're talking about. Considerably the most important part of looks.

Bimax success broadly depends on two factors: planning and execution. Planning includes the decision to do orthodontic preparation or not, orthodontic movements, and surgery movements. Execution involves doing the surgery itself without cutting your nerves, etc.

With a random surgeon, the one thing that cannot be mitigated is the execution. You need to make sure the guy is a professional with significant experience, and won't mess up your nerves, etc.

The planning can be mitigated. If the surgeon is not so good with planning, or doesn't have an eye for aesthetics, there's still hope if you do your homework. Do your own research, consult (out of pocket) some expert surgeons, and take a close look at the simulations provided by your surgeon.

would you rather fuck a stranger on the streets ( possibly infected with STDs) or fuck a high quality virgin girl?

why are you getting it, what you look like?
some people don't need bimax. it won't make them look better. if you get it just because it's a borderline meme on this website than I have no words for you.

if you're truly fucked and need it for cosmetics... idk man Canada is sketchy. all surgeons seem to be underfunded and follow orthodox guidelines
I pm you my pictures

These "random" surgeons are often one of the best, just do research on the surgeon
