looking at something like this
1585039048324

except the big chunk would ideally be 6.5 hours
@Dyorotic2 you think 6.5 is enough for GH secretion?

aren't we naturally meant to sleep twice or smth, with sleeping for 8 hours straight being a new thing because of alarm clocks and stuff

I feel like this would be good to separate my work time and free time

i know a lot of cultures in hot climates wake up, do a bit of work, sleep through noon avoiding the hottest bit of the day and then go back to work in the afternoon/evening

I don't think this is healthy

i'd have to research it.
one of my favourite things about lockdown is that I can finally sleep..

I did biphasic sleep multiple times, for example to study at night for my exams, but I would never do it again because I feel extremely tired and dizzined when I wake up from the second phase sleep in the afternoon

I'm trying to heightmax right now so I won't try to take the risk.

It's like 70% genetics, and the rest your health and nutrition.

I've actually not been eating that well since coming to college so I'm trying to make up for it by eating a lot of protein and sleeping on time now.

18.

But before you say anything, I have grown a cm since I started college so there may be a very miniscule hope of an inch more.

good luck, you still have time. How many hours did you sleep in the past?

I didn't have a proper schedule through highschool, but I'd say I averaged around 4-5 hours of sleep per day. Maybe 6.

But that's just an average, there are days when I slept for 10 hours and days when I pulled all-nighters.

lifefuel for you. From 16 to 18 years I slept 5 hours at night most days, and I grew to 187cm, I'm taller than my mother and my father(father is shorter than ma jfl), maybe I stunted my growth but who knows...

Damn, were you always tall though? 187 is too unrealistic for me JFL :feelsrope: .

I'd be ok with 6' or even 5'11.5". I'm currently 5'10.5"

Honestly I don't remember exactly, back then I was too autistic and retarded I didn't care about my height and face at all except for typical skin care routine lol, I was even lazy fuck to eat. But as I mother say and as I recall myself in the past I was always kind of tall, definitely taller than all my classmates(except for one foid, she was huge fucken horse)

not really since they don't nap over 1.5 hours needed for a cycle. most of them do it as a power nap
biphasic sleep isn't time efficient imo since you get less time in deep sleeping because after each cycle you get more deep sleep per cycle. not to mention time falling asleep and waking up twice

Pretty sure they also did a video about waking up at 5am and it was the same result. Normiea can't stick to anything

yeah and although I don't think polyphasic sleep is a good idea they should commit to it fully and do it for a month. Of course your body will feel like utter shit for the first week if you do such a drastic change but it learns to adapt. The videos don't teach jack shit

dont think so
