is there any effects on face like bloatingCoffee has some side effects, but you can continue your life 99% the same consuming coffee, and you may never even figure out what the issues it causes are. If you enjoy coffee and are okay with a little elevated cortisol to a non-significant degree, there's no reason to give it up.
Being hyper-optimal is unsustainable bullshit
Yes, technically. Coffee is a mild diuretic so it can dehydrate you a little causing bloating, coffee also slightly elevated cortisol which has functions on inflammation which may indirectly affect bloating, it is also acidic which can mess up with your gut and indirectly cause facial bloating.is there any effects on face like bloating
yeah js wondering cuz ive been low on energy and coffee helps but i js dont want bloatingYes, technically. The solution however is pretty easy: Drink water (to counteract the diuretic effects) and eat coffee with food (to avoid the acidity messing up with your gut significantly). Maybe just supplement ashwagandha if the very slight cortisol elevation is an issue for you?
Coffee is problematic, but the benefits of quitting coffee probably aren't worth it for everyone. It's a VERY tiny optimization.
