Did he get surgery or something? I dont think losing fat and bleaching the skin can make this much of a difference

All the bone seems pretty natural tbh
Hes Sri Lankan they have better bones then most curries just lack pheno.
He claims hes mewed for a couple of years etc posts on r/orthotropics but maybe hes doing it to cover up jaw surgery?
