It is possible, but it's a cope for most people. A legit body recomp from skinny fat base is pretty uncommon even among lifters. Requires several years and quite possibly exogenous hormones.

so what is it in theory? Eat at maintenance but still lift heavier every time?

Recomp Is legit and healthier long term than bulk/cut cycles. It’s just slower.

From what I've heard, it's esentially just slowly increasing your cals after dieting down to a low bodyfat so that you don't lose all of the progress that you've made. Usually you'd increase carbs by a significant amount for the first few weeks, then fats and finally, you'd lower protein while increasing both carbs and fats. Eventually, you'll be back to eating as many calories as you were when you first started cutting but you'll be leaner.

Not possible. Your proportions will always stay the same regardless of lifting because your genes and hormones are your genes and hormones. Even steroids won't change the proportions of your body.

idk if it works, i think it's kind of based on bro science.

That's not what I asked retard. Also gymcelling adds to your frame

Yes in my experience
However I had muscle memory when started lifting again and results slowed down a lot

Really slow, except for me, beginner lifters and those coming back to lifting after a break.
