partially

you can improve up to a certain point building on your base genetics

after that you need surgery

that critical point is different for everyone but most people exaggerate how much improvement you can make in their jaw structure and palate

I want to try it but many people say that it works wonders and the rest say it ruins your face
befor you resort to bonesmashing try other softmaxxes also rep and mark my prevs msg as solution

It's not cope if you're a machine which can apply perfect pressure at the perfect points of your face to get actual results. Thumb pulling and bone smashing are theoretically possible and backed by biological mechanisms, but they're not applicable in reality, at least not at home or without the use of professionally calibrated devices and the help of a medical professional, like a palate expander.

You just don't be able to apply enough pressure to separate your palate significantly or cause enough fractures in your bone to cause a significant increase in bone mass. What is likely though if that you will fuck up your symmetry because you're not a machine, you will hit one side of your face harder or more than you will hit the other, one of your thumbs will apply more pressure and in a slightly different direction than the other.

Poor results + high risks = cope.
