Ive been trying and i dont really understand is it working or no. Have been doing it for maybe 1.5 months and I think there might be some progress

you need to do it once a week and consume 1250 mg of calcium per day
 
Bone smashing is trash.

Even if Wolff's law applied here, there is no way for you to properly calculate how the bone grows back after being factured

This means you can actually end up looking worse than before.

Also guess what: When you're "bonesmashing" your not only smashing the bone, but the stuff that's between the tool you're using and the bone, which you may irreversably damage.

If you really wanna hardmax, save money and consult a plastic surgeon.

i don't do it because i feel like the side effects could be too risky

It's not even how Wolff's law was stated to work and is based on a gross misrepresentation that has been pedalled haphazardly.

The main example is of tennis players, but the growth is from indirect forces/impacts of a ball hitting a tennis racket and the arm remaining stiff (known as impulse) as to not break and therefore creating osteoblasts to manage this stress, not direct blows to the bone with a Hammer that would likely cause the bone to become degenerative anyway, causing macrofractures rather than microfractures.
