Yea it’s cope you only get a swelling for a few hours. I tried it a few times cuz I got fucking brainwashed by TikTok and I only got fucking bruises on my cheeks and looked like a retard for 2 weeks

It 100% works.
Wolff’s law, made by German anatomist Julius Wolff in the 1800s, basically says this: bone changes based on the stress you put on it. If you use a bone more, like if you’re lifting heavier or putting pressure on it consistently, it’ll actually remodel itself to get stronger and handle that stress better. The inside structure (called trabeculae) adapts first, and later the outer, thicker part (cortical bone) also changes, maybe getting thicker.


But the reverse also happens. If a bone isn’t being used or stressed much, it starts to lose density and gets weaker. This is called osteopenia, and it’s part of something known as “stress shielding.” That can happen when someone gets a hip replacement or another kind of implant — because the implant takes on the stress the bone used to get, the bone doesn’t have a reason to stay dense, so it thins out.
