Hey yall,
I have been reading about Botox reverse brow lift and it seems this procedure could somewhat ascend me. I have medium set supras but with exceptionally thick eyebrows, thus making my eyebrows look medium-low set. However throughout the day, as I get more tired my eyebrows kinda lift up, and because I have zero periorbital fat, a large amount of UEE shows.
Initially to solve this problem I was thinking of using upper eyelid fillers to mitigate my UEE, however that's a bit expensive for me atm and not many doctors can do this procedure near me. However, botox reverse browlift is cheaper and is actually a common procedure among plastic surgeons, so I'm considering this route.
I have a few questions. The first being is that with the lowering of my brow, along with decreased UEE, will my upper eyelid flatten out? I noticed those with lower set and straighter brows, tend to have straight upper eyelids, and my upper eyelids are actually flatter after when I wake up, then curve a lot as the day goes by, causing me a very round eye shape.
Another question I have is how many units of botox I need to sufficiently lower my brows? I know this question is on a case by case basis, but what's the approximate range? 4 units? 10 units?
Will the lowering of my brows, and the subsequent alleviation of mild ptosis sharpen my lower eyelid, and raise my lateral cantus for a more positive tilt?
Lastly, if I get botox, I can still move my eyebrows right haha? I don't want to look aspie.
Any useful replies would be greatly appreciated.
