You are doing a hanging routine for around 2 hours, it can't get better than that right? :unsure:

Duration is inferior to Force for decompression gains. Get a weight belt load it 100lbs+ and hang off a bar. Only do this if you have exercised and eaten. Without a anabolic environment you won’t gain anything.

not really. it's primarily a forearm and hand exercise

You know, that sounds like a good routine in general to replace the usage of grippers for grip training

Why not get strong and taller at the same time with your exercise instead of just stronger by using those tools? :unsure:

The only question left is how the muscles react to isometric vs isotonic grip exercises

Yes. If you are willing to put in hours of work no. You need a perfect environment to make permanent gains. It will take hours throughout the day to maintain the permanent gains. You would need all types of different appliances/equipment. You would need to lift weights and eat in a calorie surplus to generate new tissue . You would also need PEDs such peptides, muscle relaxers, amino acids, etc to speed up and maintain growth. Not easy or quick whatsoever.

I always feel like this shit can't be good for your hands/fingers long term. the strain on your fingers with those small ass ledges is retarded.
