Yes. If you are willing to put in hours of work no. You need a perfect environment to make permanent gains. It will take hours throughout the day to maintain the permanent gains. You would need all types of different appliances/equipment. You would need to lift weights and eat in a calorie surplus to generate new tissue . You would also need PEDs such peptides, muscle relaxers, amino acids, etc to speed up and maintain growth. Not easy or quick whatsoever.the gains are temporary tho, right?
