Same here, had a long lasting depressive episode 2021-2023 didn't brush my teeth once.... My gums were all the way fucked up and my teeth were yellow, and had fucking tartar which is ugly ASF..... I felt embarrassed of it so my dentist got rid of the tartar... I still struggle with brushing my teeth now and then, but I have started using whitening strips, and I'll start flossing too
