Is BSSO + genio only enoguh to fix SFS (No lefort 1)

This is what my maxfac reccomended me but most of the best SFS transfromations ive seen involved lefort 1 movement also.

Any good tranformations from just a BSSO with CW rotation?

he said the positioning of my maxilla is fine and its just my lower jaw which needs rotation and advancement

The thing is I agree this would probably fix my resting face but im concerned about my smile- I think lefort 1 rotation is needed to fix my smile by making my midface longer

Both jaws looks recessed, did you already have an orthodontic pre-treatment? Your upper jaw looks very narrow, maybe need of sarpe. A pic of your smile could help also from the side with soft tissue.
In which country do you live? I would make an online consultation with a good maxfac like Alfaro, he will tell you what exactly you need.

Im in the UK- I consulted Ramieri and he reccomended lower jaw only with BSSO

Im suprised you thin my maxilla is reccessed as well tbh, people have generally not really said this, I considreed my jaw problems to be mostly one of mandibular rotation rather than anything else- ill post a soft tissue pic as well with eyes out so you can see
