I was searching for mandible/cheeckbones implant results. and on a lot of them i noticed that on the before they had a chubby face that makes you think they have to get lean. but on the after they have hollow cheecks with same bf.
Seems like that if you're under 12% only the physique will be better getting more lean, not face

These are only mandible implant, not cheekbones, but you can notice that hollow cheecks are more prominent even without cheek implant.

bone mass has nothing to do with it, it's the projection of the bones

I think it’s really rare to be a good candidate for this. Either no result because you’re boneless anyway or it will age you 10 years and make you look like an alien.

Yeah, but it's like 50% zygos projection and 50% jaw that give that effetc of hollow
