Depends, there are many threads on this but I'll summarize

1. Are you already as low bf% as possible that you can maintain? Getting buccal fat removal while you don't have abs would be retarded

2. You may have a baby face now, but do your elderly relatives have a baby face? If you elderly relatives still have somewhat baby faces you're fine, but if they're very gaunt maybe reconsider buccal fat removal as it could age you more

Basically if you're already very low bf% and your cheeks are still chubby, it will give a somewhat significant aesthetics boost. However if you look on realself the before-afters aren't that huge of a difference really
