Is that a main reason for his jb appeal?

Looks very good tbh. He should do some dips for his pecs & maybe build up his delts a little more.

claims a %0.01 size btw

Buflek is such a tuff name

Small torso

Waist could be narrower and hes tensing too much. But yea, it probably looks close to ideal muscle wise when relaxed

dips for pecs ????
Yeah bro believe it or not if you lean forward with the dips it works your pecs quite a bit. You have to lean forward way more than you would normally when doing dips for your triceps. Dips and incline bench give your pecs a suit of armor kind of look.

Yep it does because of the angle. Again it’s important to lean forward and not go straight up and down like a normal dip.

So many people don’t know this but you’re right. Weighted dips mog hard. TBH calisthenics mog in general + if you do them weighted it’s even better.

If I could pick 3 exercises only to do for the rest of my life it would be wide grip pull ups, dips, and squat. If you count chin ups as a variation of the pull up and not its own exercise then you can even work your biceps.

very true

these 3 are all you need for the big muscle groups. my arms would probably look like dinosaur arms cuz i dont build them without isolations sadly
