Is bulking cope, or does it actually have any benefits?

I am bulking rn around 13% bf, cuz i heard that in puberty bulking can grow bones and maximize height growth, should i just continue bulking and staying at higher bf % untill puberty is over, or should i just cut to 10% now, and mog.

Don't do cuts. Just eat a bunch and when you are like 17 think about cutting

yeah thats what i heard too, just eat and lift hard untill like 18 and then just get lean w good bones and mog

Eat in a small surplus consistently that’s what I do

The reason why people hate on bulking because mfs just eat everything and just get fat :hnghn::hnghn:

if you have a fast metabolism, im skinny rn but just eat a bunch of fucking carbs like potatoes and full meals, also in the intervals in your day (before or after meal) try to eat

just eat in a slight surplus but remember to get in cardio and ur steps. some ppl eat like a fatass have no other form of movement other then going to the gym and say they're bulking

dont need cardio i have fast metabolism and i never been fat

blah blah blah nigger js means you've never had a surplus of calories or u js have enough cardio in by movement thru out the day dont give us that metabolism bs

yh i get what u mean idrc i just eat alot and train hard and gonna get bones and height like this

No reason to bulk unless you want to be fat.

nah bro if you’re starving at puberty you wont grow properly
When did i said you need to starve? You can eat normally, not too much and not too little.

Also starving yourself only for over a months can ruin your puberty period, and even in that case it’s minimal.

bulking is cope to a certain level

u should rather maingain

but if u wanna go on a bulk go for a slight calorie surplus (max 200cal)

every calorie more wont benefit u and will just cause more fat buildup

btw u even build muscles in a 500 cal deficit if u train regulary but ofc thats not optimal for uilding muscles and will result in less growth

How tf is it useless? Listening to your stomach is useless? Like I said, don’t eat too much (when you’re just pushing good to your mouth) and not too little (when you starve).

the most efficient way would be to measure the weight of ur foods and count

but

if ur too lazy just tell chatgpt at the end of the day what you ate and roughly the size and then it can give u a rough estimation with macros

but the chatgpt method is kinda inaccurate

imma js make sure to be in a surplus, i dont mind gaining some excess bodyfat at the winter nobody will see it anyway
