like do i eat it?

i know it's not that good, but do i just avoid it completely like it has more cons than pros or it's better than nothing?

@thereallegend
avoid completely, especially because you already have raw milk

salt is terrible, defeats the purpose of eating animal fat in the first place

You could not pay me to eat anything pasteurized or heated.
Make your own butter
this is a good option.
I used to do this.
You can use a whisk if you have the patience or buy a fancy churn.

Idk if they sell it in ur country, but I recommend buying animal fat in cans (it lasts a long time) and use it for everything lol

4L of raw milk gives around 200g of butter.

I'd eat 300-400g in a day easily.

Not reliable. Yes it'd be raw + unsalted but its the same shit if i just straight up drink the raw milk.

Bone marrow is a great substitute for butter imo and with a similar taste. You can buy bones from people for cheap usually since a lot of farms don’t get people buying them.
