I am 18. Is having a coffee in the morning good or bad for me, assuming I have it so early that it does not affect my sleep at night

I have no idea about that, I was more so talking about health benefits. I don’t see collagen reduction as a negative impact on health itself (as in, you’re not sick just because your collagen isn’t good— like in my case).does it not reduce collagen?
