work on doing muscle ups, harder variations of pushups, one arm, diamond, etc.Push ups = mostly cope
Pull ups = my favorite exercise for backs,my lean ass can make 15-17 of them
Squats= cope if you do them without weights
Planks and burpies = cope,rather go for heavy pull workout because it burns more calories
