By attraction i mean maybe 0.5-1psl increase if maxxed out. Nothing miraculous but definitely has effect compared to untrained.I doubt that. If you live in a tropical heaven where you can showoff 24/7/365 then yeah

My skin used to look bad before exercising ridiculous amounts, now my skin texture looks much better, i think it's the combination of cardio and muscle training that causes it. The skin improvement can add maybe 0.25 psl or more if you start with bad skin.
The improved health can boost your mental functioning and social functioning through slight testosterone increase = slightly lower inhibition.
