Is canthopexy (not plasty) worth it?

CanthoPLASTY seems quite invasive and my case isnt bad enough for it idt

I have positive canthal tilt and good pfl already, but my lower eyelids are a bit droopy and give me a little bit of scleral show

If all i rly need is for my lower eyelids to be raised and straightened out a bit, is canthopexy the best option for that?

Canthoplasty may sightly reduce the eye area as it involves cutting out the skin and generally irreversible. In attractive faces eyes are striking and visible not small compared to face. Canthopexy is generally prefered if your eyes are decent but needs minimal adjustments. It elongates the tip, increasing canthal tilt and eye area. Consult as many oculoplastic surgeon as possible and collect their thougths.

Have a before/after plan in your mind or maybe some exapmles of chad eyes that you want to resemble so that they guide you accurately

You can also purely do a lower eyelid lift for your case. And you asked that isn't that only done for "severe cases".
Cosmetic surgery can be done for anybody, it's point is to improve whatever your want.

For example, you can be a candidate for rhinoplasty even with a decent nose. Your nose doesn't need to look like you fell of the table face first when you were a baby (aka deformed).

I've seen plenty of cases where lower eyelid lift is performed for people with no scleral show.
