I've seen people claim that it is the key to health meanwhile on the news they say that you should only eat 100g per week of red meat. Is the answer really black and white?

nah bro 100g of red meat per week is too much, just become vegan instead!

seriously what they suggest in my country.
they fearmonger but its not like you're gonna turn into chad eating 101g red meat. Nourish your body get nutrients and energy the fact that you arent putting carbs into your body wont change you one bit in terms of increasing psl

Sweden recently updated their recommendations so if thats where you got it from then if you check the studies it was only for charcuterie meats and not shit like steak which hasnt proven to be carcinogenic in normal amounts people eat unlike shit like sausage

But carnivore diet is still cope eat like a normal person

its like that everywhere its just propaganda.
Ideally just eat raw meat/primal "diet" I dont like using the word diet it really is just eating natural
been doing it for 5 months now and I feel and look way healthier and if you dont want to do that just follow paul saladinos advice except from the protein powder garbage and allat

Clears acne, makes you biochemical happy, maintains youth longer, better skin, better health markers, better athleticism, stronger bones, anabolic if done correctly.

People get the holy grail and reject it because of "raw meat sludge". They sound so stupid.

Soylent, oats and tons of broccoli and spinach will ascend you to chad and keep you healthy

Also cooked ground meat (beef tallow) plus raw fat or raw butter is better than most peoples diet nowadays. And its more "practical" if you don't want to fully indulge in raw meat.
