Yes of course. Paul Saladino's diet is good also but I wouldn't eat as many fruits as him.
Raw meat isn't dangerous at all if it's from a good source.

Wide range is necessary, meat, fruit, eggs, dairy, carbs such as potatoes (I wouldn't go for grains like bread)

Difference is negligible tbh I doubt it, teens should probably eat a variety of shit for growth and considering activity levels.

I run low carb when I’m doing nothing that day less then 50g but on days where I’ve to train or competing in races etc it’s not sustainable to only eat meat.
And I can guarantee not one good looking person irl followed animal based through teen years

Well fruits still contain glucose and fructose. Fructose is a literal drug and it can cause decreased hepatic insulin sensitivity.
Doesn't cause insulin resistance tho.
Maybe eat fruits seasonally like FaceIQ said, like the primal people that had access to fruits like maybe 25% of the year.

Most people alternate between going to the gym and not. Having too much muscle is not a real problem for natty cucks.

Just workout then when you get to your desired physique just start doing LOW reps like 1-5
You'll barely build muscle and mostly strength
