oral obviously , topical is just gonna rape ur skin and sometimes not even work cuz it wont absorb .

just good hairs everywhere , lol .
no side effects tbh unless u already have some major issues with ur heart .
you might look bloated so make sure to consume less sodium and calories in order to look the same as before.

Shit worked for me. Could be genetics tho since my little brother has mogger lashes. It only made them mostly longer, not thicker though. Imma start using minoxidil w castor oil.
