Guys i barely got any forwards growth and it´s js going downwards, im getting braces soon but they´re just there to fix my overbite and a few weird teeth (im first just getting lose ones btw) can i actually fix the whole downwards growth thing (im still growing)

to answer your question, probably not, unless if you dedicate your life to it. can't just make lifestyle changes here and there from watching tiktoks and expect to drastically alter the craniofacial course of a lifetime of bad habits

my case isn´t as bad as his tho, what are some slight things i could do for slight changes maybe?

no such thing as slight changes because you have to take body posture and nervous system health seriously for it to work at all. if you're in development, you're either getting changes or you're not. mew. fix your flat feet. release your diaphragm and psoas. once you activate the parasympathetic nervous system, you will learn to feel assymetries and dysfunctions in your body. mewing is a lot easier said than done. if you have to question whether you're doing it correctly, you're not doing it correctly. it's a specific mind muscle connection

What does fixing my flat feet mean and do you have tips or a prooven guide for mewing?
 
like 15 to 17 it's more projected and less down swung from like mewing and posture and neck exercises but it could've just been losing body fat and puberty
i´ve been told mewing isn´t easy and that most people aren´t doing it right did you do it a very specific way (what neck exercieses?)

i did mew incorrectly for a long time you just wanna lay your tongue flat on the roof of your mouth equally and what feels natural with the tip of the tongue almost touching the front teeth but on the gums. and make sure you aren't sucking your cheeks while you mew. if you smile really hard and then swallow to get your tongue up there and stop smiling you should be good. and for the neck exercises just basic stuff like chin tucks with my back against the wall and laying on my bed with my head hanging off

the smile tip feels so good thank you + i go to the gym a lot and there most people do progressive overload but you canß´t really do that with something like chin tucks but it´s still a muscle being trained what did you do abt that
