I've seen multiple dudes getting hyper-analyzed by chatgpt and getting a list of surgeries that would help/w ascension. Is it actually reliable or is it just spewing nonsense?

No. It doesn’t really analyze your face. You can tell it to calculate any ratio and draw them on your face, but it just places them on your face randomly.
