I just feel like I have increadibly low testosterone levels, and I have no idea. I sleep 8 hours and don’t stress all that much but I am 16 and never feel horny and rarely wake up with morning wood. I work out and I am athletic but I think it has to be my diet. I eat whatever my family makes for dinner, but for the other meals I usually eat bread with either peanut butter or cheese and I am wondering if I should swap it out with something else

get a bloodtest + cheese and bread are good. Peanut butter is suboptimal but not that bad. Mayybe your parents are using extremely cheap ingredients like unorganic vegtables and fruits with pesticide residue and cheap grain fed meat. You must be deficent in multiple vitamins and minerals because your diet sounds bad.

Aren’t blood tests super expensive? And can I check for all minerals and vitamins I am deficient in in one test?

The bread may cause a problem, get on amoxicillin for 7 weeks and go on a ray peat diet for this duration with no starch . Peanut butter has PUFA replace w cocoa butter. Do you get enough sun, do you eat liver, do you eat enough sugar, do you lift weights/ physically fit, dp you jack off frequently/ do you have a pursuit you work towards everyday? All of these have a huge impact on testosterone.

I don’t eat liver, but I’m gonna start taking multivitamins aswell as eating enough sugar. Is there anything I can eat instead of liver that can give the same benefits?

Liver once a week and oyster once a week preferably on seperate days will be enough, you can ditch the multivitamin if you do that since oysters providee zinc and selenium and liver all the b vitamins and also vitamin a/ zinc. Start drinking whole milk w fructose as well as milk is probably the best protein source ever possible, casein being even better but thats more of a refinement than i would consider as a natural food.

Yes they are expensive. You can only pay for the parts you need and leave out the ones you don't. But maybe you can get it covered by insurance if you tell the doctor you feel like shit.

You probably aren't getting 0.82 grams of protein per pound bodyweight.

Nothing is as good as liver. Try cod liver oil if you can't get real physical liver.

bread has gluten which can cause digestive issues and endotoxin, antibiotics of the pencillin family are safe and effective. most problems are from excess microbiota rather than a specific ratio of specif cultures etc.

How much liver should I eat and how much oyster?

You can use this same logic to milk, milk has lactose that can cause tons of problems in most people. Idk man i dont recommend antibiotics to anyone, we are just start to understand the role of the bacteria in our body now. Its risky to play with that.

One or two toasted breads should be fine if you eat it w saturated fat such as cocoa butter.
I eat like 10 slices of bread a day🙃 I need to replace it with something but idk what

normally 2 slices of bread with egg, fruits, honey, carrots or nothing. If i had ease access to sourdough i would buy em. I used to eat yogurt, cheese and butter as well but i think im allergic to it so im testing

this is very bad stop eating so much bread
What can i eat instead at for example school? I get super hungry and I don’t have anything else to eat. Also I don’t eat breakfast in school days because I try to get 8 hours of sleep. Should I try to eat breakfast instead?

Btw I already have fish oil. Is there a big difference between that and cod liver oil?

yes eat breakfast and bring your own food to school (for example oranges or bannana as snacks) and if your school gives you a full period to eat lunch then bring a full meal to school like chicken and rice or something.

You haven't even talked about the other foods you have also you're prolly just a genetic failure so I'm sorry.
But if I was to give diet advice, don't have peanut butter. It's the worst sort of food to have, since it's processed and filled with cuck oils.
Bread on the other hand is ok but that depends if your genetics can handle it, otherwise look up gluten intolerance symptoms and try to find out if you have similar responses.
Cheese is ok but just like any modern dairy that is filled with garbage and diluted nowadays, it can fuck you over, especially in terms of lactose intolerance.

You prolly haven't hit puberty but idk abt that. Overall though, the things you eat on the side likely are screwing with your absorption from other foods. If you can, get raw milk (it's not bad but can be a bit expensive and try to only get from reliable sources). Replace bread with other carb alts such as oats, rice etc and for peanut butter (if you still want to eat a slice of toast), use butter instead but actual butter not cuckoil shit.

If you can cook, instead of eating chicken and rice, try red meat mince (in whatever cooking sauce etc you use) and rice, lot more protein and good nutrition for development, especially since you're getting mixed pieces of unused parts of the animal (usually the beneficial stuff like cartilage etc). Also try kefir if raw milk isn't sth you want.
