ive been eating an entire packet of hubba bubba at once and fuh my jaw hurts like hell every day but etleast my jaw is as far front as my nose now

Chewing on your premolars dont promote ccw rotation, this is just false information. Youll grow your masseters, but other than that the most you'll do (likely to happen) is develop tmj disorder

from b4 (the first one) i dont have many, it took around 3 months to see some improvement but after around 6-7 months it was really visible started getting me compliments too, ofc puberty played a part but chewing alot helped veryhh much
