you have already seen my profile, i have good gonial angle, long ramus and all the shit, no recession etc, i just want strong masseters from front.may be it's because i'm bloated ?

The thing is, people think chewing alone will just build strong masseters when in reality posture while chewing matters a lot more, chew for 8 hours a day and the only thing you will develop will be pain on all facial muscles trigger points, try chewing 2-3 hours with a good posture, like literally god tier awareness on your posture, you'll see results 100%

how do you have a good posture ? and 2 hours a day isn't too much ? i've heard the best is 1 hour 3x week

I personally like taking my time to eat, chewing a lot all the food, if you do this with hard foods, it'll be enough for the day.
If you don't just try chewing hard gum for 20-30 minutes, again all this time do it with good posture, but yeah you're right 1 hour a day is enough.

If you're eating, sit down straight, get your food to your mouth, like watch yourself if you need to, you don't need to move your neck forward like 99% of the people do.

If you're walking, again be straight and try to walk engaging your abs and glutes, chest to the front and neck straight, with neutral face posture.

I don't have any results to show, I don't know why you need proof to start chewing correctly, as you work out your masseter and sphenomandibularis aswell, I can guess you're just wanting some drastic transformation or something, but if your masseters will look good on you depends a lot on your face shape.
