Yh its pretty legit if done during or before puberty. My face was a bit down grown and recessed when i was like 12 during that time i started eating alot of peanuts because they had alot of calories. After 6ish months my face had gotten way better and bones were wider and bigger.

Im not trying to move my maxilla or something with it im just talking about muscle

for example if ur in puberty ur muscles develop faster and chewing can help but if ur fully grown its gonna be harded,im not 100% sure but I think so

When u squeeze it u move it, hypertrophying it would only give it volume
That's why Internal gonios etc are what they are, u understand?

No it wont look like ur bloated thats bs ppl come up with. It will look like bone mass. But dont overdo it, cuz u can het tmj. Also, just like any other muscle it will take time to see results and chew equally on both sides.

I tried to train my masseter with chewing but no effect but when I clenched my molars then I and my jaw look better tho
idk how to get masseter hypertrophy to look like I clenched my back teeth
but you should try for sure

Gandy also clenches his teeth so hard and transforms his narrow jaw into a good one in photos.
