It’s cooked in seed oils that seems the main issue? Is it very high in sodium also. I’m eating like 6k cals a day right now literally eating everything in sight

you just gave me flashbacks to this summer, when i would go to chipotle in the morning sometimes and read thru all botb threads when i was relatively new to the forum
