meh im on it rn but im too old for any significant height growth. feels like a waste of money tbh but you also need to be on gh for months to see the positive benefits and ive only been on it for 2 months. muscle mass is okay made pretty decent gains and my weight went up at the same bf, but ive also fixed my training so its hard to say if its even from the cjc
