Is CJC + Ipamorelin no DAC cope?

I've got the money and a source for HGH, but after doing some more digging I discovered the risk of closing my growth plates quicker, supposedly CJC and Ipamorelin with no DAC gives you shorter bursts of GH release and doesn't close your growth plates. Is this cope? or should I just wait till im older to do HGH? Thanks.
