Does coconut water acc work, ive heard people say its different based on whether youre in the southern or northen hemisphere. Im in the UK.

Generally speaking, you should only start potassium if you're in about 10–12% BF. If not, you're probably just fat, and one of the last fats to leave your body are on the face. So even if you have the slightest bit of love handles left, you’re most likely to have fat on your face.
If you are lean but you notice your face is too puffy/circular and your bones aren't as defined, then you are bloated and that's when you should start balancing your potassium intake and sodium to about 4:1, drink lots of water, and fix your sleep. If that doesn't work for you, only then call it cope.

I have an athletic build and my face slim but i dont have hollow cheeks and my bones arent easily seen under my skin? Is this bloating or is puberty js gonna do its thing

sure, and while you are right(I might've exaggerated a bit on the bf%) there are way more causes to bloating rather then just fat.

i mean idk what tanner stage ur on(part of puberty) but if 3-4.5 then yeah, puberty jst gon do its thing.
or u just have low cheekbones. but im not an expert
