Is connecting with other humans worth it?

I really want to isolate myself from all of society

At the same time I know it's going to be deterimental in the future when the time comes that I have to connect with other humans (but I'd lack the skills to)

So what is it, thoughts?

depends what you mean but i say it is there is multiple studies where having friends lowers colesteral it is really determined how nd you are and if it is your best interest.

Nevertheless the connections i can currently make are all useless
