Is cosmetic surgery the only way to fix my nose?

Ever since I went through puberty the acne on my nose was always the worst and I always hated my bulbous huge nose. I plan on doing steroid injections to get rid of the hypertrophic acne which is much much worse than it looks in this picture since I used a filter. Is there any other way besides rhinoplasty to get rid of my huge nose?
